Rebuy Labs provides software for organizing poker leagues, home games, and tournaments: schedules, RSVPs, tournament clocks, standings, and record-keeping. We are not a gambling operator. No money passes through Rebuy Labs — we don't hold funds, process buy-ins, take a rake, or facilitate wagers. Any figures recorded in the app (buy-ins, payouts, expenses) are bookkeeping entered by your group about activity that happens entirely offline, between you and your group.
You are responsible for making sure your games comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Rebuy Labs is intended for users 18 and older.
One account works across all Rebuy Labs products. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account. We can suspend accounts that abuse the platform (see below).
Your league's data — events, results, standings, names, photos — belongs to you and your group. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service, and nothing more. Commissioners control their group's data and can export or delete it.
Don't use Rebuy Labs to spam, harass, impersonate, or defraud anyone; don't probe or abuse the platform's security or rate limits; don't use it for illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Free tiers have usage limits shown in the product. Paid features, when offered, will have their pricing and terms stated at purchase. We'll never silently convert a free feature you rely on into a paid one mid-season.
We work hard to keep Rebuy Labs fast and available, but it's provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebuy Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
If we change these terms meaningfully, we'll update the date above and note it in the app. Continuing to use Rebuy Labs after changes means you accept them.
